Helix is a playable character in ARMS. It was announced on April 28th in a video on Nintendo's YouTube Channel.
Appearance
Helix is a translucent humanoid blob whose arms resemble models of DNA molecules. Out of the top of its head sprout hair-like protrusions that match the sugar-phosphate backbones of its DNA arms. If it has eyes, they are not visible under the mask it wears, which appears to be an array of small lights with two eye-like illuminated spots. It wears a harness that covers its chest and back.
Backstory
Helix was cultured in ARMS Lab, an ARMS research facility. The scientists created it by accident while researching Arms. It is a stretchable fighter; not only are its arms extendable, but also its body. [1]
