Spring Man is a playable fighter in ARMS. He was one of the first characters announced as playable, being revealed alongside the game itself during the Nintendo Switch presentation in January 2017[1].
Appearance
Spring Man appears mostly human except for his spiraled irises and his metallic, spring-like arms. His hair is curled to resemble a spring. He wears an athletic shirt, shorts, and sneakers.
Abilities
Spring Man's basic statistics are generally slightly above average, leading to him not particularly excelling in any given area. However, he does have some unique mechanics not present in any other character. One of these is a shockwave that appears during his dash, negating any attacks. When Spring Man is at 25% health or below, his punches will also be permanently charged.
