If the bar reaches zero, it will almost completely fill up the player will move down a rank (as low as 1, the starting rank). Conversely, if the bar fills fully, it will fall to near-zero and move the player up a rank (up to 15). Ranked Match can be unlocked by clearing Grand Prix on difficulty 4 or higher.
