== Overview ==

Hoops always takes place on the same stage. The stage is square and mostly flat. <!-- not sure if there are trampolines at the edges or not? --> Both fighters stand across from each other. When the game starts, their goal is to grab their opponent and toss them into the basket mounted on a pole at the top end of the stage. Each time they do this, they get 2 or 3 points. When one player gets 10 points, they win. Players can also win by having the most points after the game's timer runs out. In Hoops, players have infinite health, but can still be stunned by attacks.
