Updates

Downloadable content, usually abbreviated as DLC, is additional content available to download after a game's launch. DLC was first confirmed for ARMS at an ARMS Direct on 2017-05-17 as free updates after launch day. Downloadable content for the game includes new playable fighters, stages, ARMS, and features.

Fighters

New fighters were confirmed in free updates at an ARMS Direct on 2017-05-17.

Max Brass will be available DLC in July 2017. He was announced at a Nintendo Treehouse stream at E3 2017 on 2017-06-15.

Stages

New stages were confirmed in free updates at an ARMS Direct on 2017-05-17.

Sky Arena will become playable in a downloadable update.

ARMS

New ARMS were confirmed in free updates at an ARMS Direct on 2017-05-17.

Max Brass uses the Nade, Roaster, and the Nitro Hammer.

Modes

Spectator Mode will be available DLC in June 2017. It was announced at a Nintendo Treehouse stream at E3 2017 on 2017-06-15.

The LAN mode featured in the 2017 ARMS Open Invitational will release publicly to support competitive players.
