XenonNSMB - request for adminship
Hi there. I saw that Nyargleblargle became an admin recently. I wasn't aware that you were taking requests, but I think I could make a pretty good admin:
- I've made 337 edits as of the time I'm writing this (around 400 if you count the edits when we were on Miraheze.)
- I'm pretty experienced with MediaWiki markup and CSS. I've made templates and helped design our custom skin.
- I'm good at fighting spam. Just look at my Wikipedia contribs: basically all of them are rolling back vandalism.
- I've dedicated a ton of time to this wiki and this game, and I would love to be able to help out more.
There's my request. Let me know what you think. --XenonNSMB (talk) 21:06, 4 June 2017 (EDT)
- Just a question to help me refine my thoughts on the matter: Do you think that most of your use of the administrator tools would be for janitorial work or for implementation (MediaWiki and elsewhere)? Nyargleblargle (talk) 21:13, 4 June 2017 (EDT)
Nyargleblargle - Request for Bureaucratship
Gomtuu has expressed that they are less interested in managing the ARMS Institute as of recent, and are unlikely to be very active in the near future. I believe that all wikis, regardless of size, should have at least one active bureaucrat, and seeing as how I'm the only other administrator and haven't had any major issues handling those privileges as of late, I felt the need to apply. If you'd like to see more information on my qualities as a candidate, you can see my request for adminship here. Nyargleblargle (talk) 18:01, 27 September 2017 (EDT)
- Support. Thanks for keeping things going in my absence! Gomtuu (talk) 18:21, 27 September 2017 (EDT)

- Support I mean, you're pretty much the only candidate xD But even if you weren't I'd still probably support. You appear very knowledgeable about the game and every time I've observed you handle anything resembling a tense situation -- either here, on SmashWiki, or on Inkipedia -- you've done so professionally, even when it requires admitting that you're in the wrong. You seem to have the qualities it takes to handle the responsibilities of the sole active bureaucrat on a website. I look forward to seeing what you can accomplish.
