Shields are a type of ARM that uses two punches. The first punch makes it extend, protecting you from hits, and the second punch makes it move forward towards its target. Shield type ARM are the only ARM that can block heavy-weight ARM and are the only ARM that require two punches before retracting. Two shields are present in ARMS: Guardian and Clapback.
