I've just noticed that the changes I made to the frame data table were rolled back a few days ago. While in the interest of cooperation I am willing to accept  the decision to revert the changes I made, I can only reasonably do so with an explanation as to why those changes aren't appropriate. The reversion was made with no explanation as to why the changes were a problem and this behavior acts as an obstacle towards contributors being able to work with one another to the fullest.

The changes that I made to the frame data table were done so because the information was not conveyed in a way that was consistent with the developer's conveyed understanding of mechanics or to how the community perceives this information, and was not concise enough to be used in a useful manner.
