"Dr. C"

Since my cleanup on the Hedlok page brought the first mention of his name to this Wiki, now is probably the time to ask: do you guys think there's enough information to warrant creating a page on Dr. C at this time? We know very little about them as it stands, and what we do know is only through the Japanese Twitter, but if things continue as they appear to be going, I think he will eventually be a very significant character in the lore.
