Kid Cobra's extendable [[ARMS (extendable)|ARMS]] have a scaly, snake-like appearance. His spiraled eyes are heterochromatic, with one being green, and the other purple. He wears a helmet shaped like the head and hood of a cobra, his skin-tight shirt looks scaly, and his baggy pants bear a design made up of many stylized snakes. The treads of his sneakers also look like snakeskin.

Kid Cobra has one of the slowest dashes when uncharged but his jump is the highest. When dashing towards an opponent on the ground while charged, he can perform consecutive dashes while ducking under all incoming attacks. In addition, all dashes, midair or grounded, are quicker and provide more distance. The longer he's been charged, the more consecutive dashes can be performed, up to four. When attacking during a charged dash, all ARMS that change attack pattern will attack as if they were in midair (i.e. [[Scorpio]] and [[Funchuk]])

Kid Cobra's main advantage is his mobility especially when charged, and with  his quick short hop means he can  get charged much more easily than most! His massive jump distance, charged dash speed and continuous movement with his dashes, while being able to slide under punches mean he can get to close range and pressure, or escape and retreat with a frightening level of quickness.
 
He excels at pressuring opponents with his speed, and his massive ARM girth, if he stays unpredictable.
