MEFFORD, Jordan Dakota, 2, of Louisville, passed away July 31, 2017. Jordan is survived by his parents, Jesse and Carolyn Mefford; brothers, Jakob and Jeremiah; sister, Trystan Diebold; his grandparents; aunts and uncles; and many other family and friends who loved him. Visitation will be Monday 2-8pm at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. Funeral service is Tuesday 11am with burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery.
