Biff

Biff is a commentator for ARMS League matches.

Appearance

Biff is roughly humanoid, but he has a large head with a forearm and hand protruding from the top of his large, oblong head. He wears a red, diamond-shaped mask and a black bowtie.

Regional Differences

In Japan, Biff is known as コブッター ('kobutta'), which is romanized as Cobutter. Given his lumpy, yellow appearance and his association with fighting, his name can be explained as a portmanteau of 瘤 ('kobu', meaning "lump"), ぶっ叩く ('buttataku', meaning "to beat vigorously"), and バター ('bataa', meaning "butter").
