| Gomtuu has expressed that they are less interested in managing the ARMS Institute as of recent, and are unlikely to be very active in the near future. I believe that all wikis, regardless of size, should have at least one active bureaucrat, and seeing as how I'm the only other administrator and haven't had any major issues handling those privileges as of late, I felt the need to apply.
