Water Foxy is a North American ARMS player who mains Byte & Barq. He is currently recognized as the only active competitive Byte & Barq player in the North American ARMS scene.
Water Foxy was introduced to the game by a friend in 2019 and was immediately drawn to Byte & Barq due to their duo-based mechanics, which reminded him of the Ice Climbers from Super Smash Bros. His deeper involvement in the ARMS community began following the game's Smash announcement, where discovering content from KroCal helped bring him into the competitive scene. He entered his first tournament at King of Trios 2021 Night 3 on June 20th, 2021, competing on the team Barq is Top Tier alongside Pantherfanwill and YoshiBowser. His second tournament appearance came at Foxster's ARMS Fest PR Invitational #2, hosted by Foxster, on March 19th, 2022. After occasional tournament participation, his first PR-legal event was The Biweekly Procrastination 127 in November 2023.
Water Foxy is also known for helping Dylan2000 with his Neo Party Crash events. He works with Dylan to come up with new ideas and helps run the event. With the help of Water Foxy, the Neo Party Crash has become widely known throughout the ARMS community.
Playstyle
Water Foxy plays a primarily defensive playstyle with Byte & Barq. He prefers to maintain mid-range control, using Roaster for poking while relying on Parasol for defense. He also commonly makes use of the Skully.
