Virxz! (pronounced virus) is a North American ARMS player who mains Twintelle. He was first introduced to the game through the demo in 2018, until getting the full game for Christmas later that year. He played the game casually on and off until 2020, when the ARMS NA August Open reignited his interest in competitive play. Around this time, he joined several community Discord servers and officially committed to Twintelle as his main. From late 2020 to early 2021, he largely focused on party matches, ranked play, and friendlies, before stepping away from the community entirely in early 2021.
Virxz! returned to ARMS in June 2025, entering the ARMS REMIX tournament REMIX Rumble as well as Central Smackdown X. From there, he became a consistent competitor in The Biweekly Procrastination and the Sparring Stadium. In August 2025, he began training under top player Pr1nc3. Through his strong tournament finishes and skill with Twintelle, Virxz! has established himself as one of the best new generation players.
Playstyle
Virxz’s Twintelle playstyle is primarily defensive and reactive. He commonly uses Chakram and rotates between Chilla, Toaster, and Roaster depending on the match up.

Trivia
- Virxz is close friends with SNG, AyaDarling, and Pr1nc3.
- Virxz! got his current tag in 2019, inspired by scarlxrd, adopting the stylistic replacement of the “u” in virus with an “x.” He initially competed under the name “ItsVirxz” before switching to “thenamesvirxz” in 2024. Prior to ARMS, he went by “StraightShip409” during his time in the Geometry Dash community in 2018.
- His decision to main Twintelle was heavily influenced by Krocal’s Top 8 Ice Chains and Top 10 Twintelle Plays videos.
- Outside of ARMS, Virxz! is deeply involved in music. He co-runs a music channel called aRtificerZ with his friend Beamy, and the duo won the music category of a creation contest in February 2025. He also has experience in competitive Splatoon, playing from late 2022 to early 2024, and coaching a team from late 2023 to 2025—helping them progress from beginner level to the upper end of low level, with three of the four original members later reaching mid-level play.
- Virxz! is also a big fan of Lucy Bedroque, an underground rapper whose music Virxz! enjoys and follows closely.
- Virxz! rejoined the ARMS community in June 2025 after a brief earlier stint during late 2020-early 2021, making his return as a more competitive and focused player.
- Known for his persistence, Virxz! often cites repeated losses in friendlies as a major factor in accelerating his growth rather than discouraging him.
- Virxz! is Dominican, a fact he proudly embraces and frequently references within the community.
