"A café-lined street at the crest of a hill, enveloped by a delightfully sweet aroma. Punches may veer into the cafés, but the fighters need to stick to the streets. Swing by and check out the ARMS Café if you're in the neighborhood!" —Official Description
Via Dolce is a stage in ARMS, introduced in Version 3.0.0 (released September 13, 2017).[1] Set in a small hilltop shopping district, the stage features a narrow stone walkway, breakable café props, and two prominent storefronts: the ARMS Café and Lola’s Café.
Appearance
Via Dolce is a street-side stage set on top of a hill in a small shopping district. The arena sits on a paved stone walkway with painted boundary lines marking the playable area. Cafés and storefronts line both sides of the street, each with fabric awnings, outdoor seating, and display tables. Some tables hold items such as cups, pastries, and macaron towers, and there are also wooden barrels placed along the sides of the street. These objects can be broken during a match.
Behind the gates at each end, the stage overlooks a wide stairway leading down the hill, with rows of residential buildings visible on both sides. Spectators stand behind the rope barriers and can also be seen watching from the second-floor windows of the cafés. The two main signs, the ARMS Café sign and Lola’s Café sign, identify the shops at either end of the street.
Layout
Via Dolce has an S-shaped layout that curves through the street. The center of the stage is slightly elevated, and ramps lead down to both ends. Movement speed does not change when walking up or down the ramps.
