Tsuru is a ARMS player from Japan who mains Spring Man and also plays Twintelle as a secondary. He is widely regarded as one of the best Spring Man player in Japan and has become a well-known name in the scene through years of dominant tournament performances.
Tsuru first discovered ARMS through television commercials and later became much more interested after watching live broadcasts and competitive matches on YouTube. Those early impressions stayed with him and in 2017, while still a student balancing school life and entrance exam preparation, he convinced his parents to purchase the game. At first he played casually without any competitive focus, simply learning characters and getting comfortable with the mechanics. Over time that casual interest slowly developed into something more serious as he began studying stronger players and setting goals for improvement.
In 2019, Tsuru entered his first tournament in an online event hosted by POKOYAN, marking the beginning of his competitive career. Although he was still inexperienced at the time, the experience gave him a better understanding of the competitive environment and motivated him to keep improving. From there he continued entering tournaments, gradually gaining experience, building confidence, and developing a deeper understanding of matchups and high level play.
As the years went on, Tsuru became a familiar name in the Japanese ARMS community. He started putting up stronger tournament performances more consistently, especially with Spring Man, and over time those results established him as one of the strongest players in Japan.
Playstyle
Tsuru uses Spring Man with Toaster, Roaster, and Chakram, relying on parries to get in close and apply constant pressure.
