Shields are a type of ARM that uses two punches. The first punch makes it extend, protecting you from hits, and the second punch makes it move forward towards its target. Shield type ARMS are the only ARMS that can block heavy-weight ARMS and are the only ARMS that require two punches before retracting. Two shields are present in ARMS: Guardian and Clapback.
